my business
Can more than one person manage my business listings?
Yes! Please give your colleagues the account details you created when you signed up. From there, they can login and adjust or add listings on your behalf.
My business name has changed, how can I change the details?
Please go to the settings tab within the my account section of the site and you’ll be able to update your details from there.

Can I have multiple listings on Equifinders?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of listings a business can add.
Do you offer free listings for charities?
Yes! if you are a charity and want to add your listing please contact us.
Do Equifinders charge booking fees?
No! we currently only charge for a listing.
Can I upgrade my listing plan?
Yes! Please contact us and one of the team will help you upgrade your listing to a different plan. You can upgrade your plan at anytime.
Can I downgrade my listing plan?
Yes! Please contact us for help with downgrading your listing plan. Your listing will downgrade on the next renewal date for your listing plan.
Can I cancel my listing?
Yes Please contact us for assistance with cancelling a listing. We remove a listing normally on the same day. As per our T&C’s any fees paid are non-refundable.
payments & Invoices
How do I pay for my listing?
When you add a listing and select a plan you will receive an invoice by email and also be able to view the invoice at the time on the confirmation screen.
I need a copy of my invoice, where do I find this?
Access the my account section on the site and from there you can see you invoices.

Can I respond to a review that has been left?
Yes, you will be able to respond to any reviews left for your listing.
Can you remove a review?
Reviews are very important for our visitors to get a feel for your business. Unless the review breaches our T&C’s we will not remove reviews.

Can I suggest a new category?
Please do! we really appreciate feedback and can add new categories to the system easily.
Can I change the category of our listing?
Yes, within the my account section of the site, there is a listings tab, which shows a list of all your current listings. From here you can edit any of your listing details.
Can my listing belong to multiple categories?
No, a listing must belong to a single category.

Do I need to add a website address?
No! If you have one though please add the website to your listing description so people can view all your details.

What is the best size of image to use in my listing?
We recommend your images are no larger than 1920×1080. The site will automatically optimise your images upon uploading.
What is the maximum image file size?
You can upload images up to 5mb in size. The smaller the better though!
What type of file can I upload for my pictures?
We recommend uploading JPG format files, but you can upload PNG’s as well. We will convert them to a web optimised format to keep the speed of the website fast!

How do I add a new amenity to my listing?
If the amenity is not coming up in the search, then please let us know.
As this is a fairly new site, we are still adding amenities to the system. But please let us know what you would like to be added and we can arrange that for you.
